Among the combinations of the Neapolitan tradition, there is a couple that reigns supreme: broccoli and sausage. And we at Vestalia could not back down from the challenge of creating a sauce that honors it. Jar after jar, we bring our sauce to your table to delight your palate, ready to be used in a wide variety of preparations.
To prepare the traditional sausage and broccoli sauce, the first thing to do, even if it may seem trivial, is to clean the broccoli with great zeal, separating the flower from the stem, meticulously, making more waste than is usually done in a restaurant. After having rinsed and drained the flowers maniacally and with the pot boiling, insert the broccoli into it and lift them after a few minutes continuing to cook in a pan with oil and browned garlic. At the same time, crumble the sausages on the grill and then add them to the broccoli previously mixed together with the water in which they cooked. Don't forget a drizzle of raw oil.
