Nerano Sauce

A truly unique, tasty, original and very fresh sauce! Nerano sauce is a classic of Neapolitan cuisine, originating from the bay of Nerano. Legend has it that a restaurant owner from that area, to bind spaghetti and courgettes, melted some Provolone del Monaco, a soft and stringy cheese, typical of the Lattari Mountains.

Without preservatives and handcrafted, each jar brings with it the authentic taste of Neapolitan cuisine, as if freshly prepared. Perfect for seasoning pasta, but also to be enjoyed alone or accompanied by croutons.
